Thank you for purchasing your tickets from us! You don't have to do anything until you receive an email in your inbox letting you know your tickets have been transferred.
Need to accept your tickets?
When you have receive your email letting you know the tickets have been transferred, you will see a clickable red button to accept your tickets. If you do not have an account on the site the tickets are being transferred from, you will be prompted to create one at that time. You must use the email address which you listed at time of purchase. The website will walk you through the process step by step and ask you to agree to their terms and conditions and enter your name, address, and phone number.
Need to transfer your tickets?
There will be a clickable gray button in your account under the section, row, and seat numbers which will allow you to transfer your tickets to someone else by simply entering their name and email address.
Are you at the event?
On your phone, go to the website that your tickets were transferred from or download their mobile application from the app store. Once you sign in, click to view the tickets in your account and show the QR code to the event staff to be admitted.
Having trouble with the website?
We know navigating a new website can be tricky, so we put together this quick guide to troubleshooting issues you may run into.
-Type out your information, having it auto-populate may not always work.
-If you ever need to start the acceptance process from the beginning because you were brought to an incorrect page or see an error, click the button in your email again.
-When entering your phone number, include the country code (i.e. 1 for the United States).
-Use a desktop or laptop when accepting tickets, rather than a mobile device.
