We are unable to exchange the tickets you have purchased, or refund the difference. The secondary market is a live market, which means that the inventory and the prices that are associated with that inventory may change often. We are unable to exchange any tickets because we do not own any of the tickets that are listed on our site. The tickets that you see are listed by many different sellers and we are unable to cancel orders. By agreeing to our Sales Terms, you are acknowledging that you agree to our "all sales are final" policy.
If prices have gone down for tickets that are similar to the ones I purchased, can I exchange them or get a refund for the difference?
