Flash Seats is a type of digital ticketing where tickets can be transferred to the new purchaser and be presented at the event electronically. As everything is done online, tickets are always tracked and can never be lost or stolen.


If the tickets you have ordered are set up for Flash Seats delivery, you will need to create an account on the Flash Seats website using the same email address you used when placing your order on our site. If you already have created an account with this email address then you are already a step ahead!


If you need to create a Flash Seats account, go to FlashSeats.com and click "Register" near the top of the page.   


After creating the account, you will then be prompted to enter a credit card, debit card or an ID for the ticket information to be stored on. You will not be charged any additional fees if you choose to enter a credit or debit card, this is just to carry the information for your tickets. Be sure to check that this information is up to date before your event. If you do not wish to enter one of these forms of digital ID, you can also use the Flash Seats mobile application, which will then be presented to the ticket attendant at the venue.


Flash Seats will send you a confirmation email when the tickets have been transferred to you to make you aware that they are in your account. If the tickets are transferred to you before you create an account, they will be held under your email address and will appear in your account once it has been created.


To view the tickets in your account, click the "Tickets" tab at the top of the page. You also have the option on this page to transfer your tickets to someone else if you purchased them as a gift or resold them.
