If you are experiencing issues while trying to download your tickets from the link in the email, then you will need to try the following solutions.

Try opening the link to the PDF files in a different web browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, or FireFox). You may also need to temporarily disable any pop up blockers and/or enable Javascript, Adobe Plugins, and cookies. You should also try to save the PDF ticket file to your desktop, and then open it from there instead of from within your browser window.

As always, be sure to check that you have the most updated version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
