To ensure that all tickets are delivered to the correct person, we require a signature on most packages. It is difficult to get replacement tickets if they are lost or stolen, and ticket orders are often worth a lot of money. It is up to the driver to determine if they are comfortable with leaving a package without a signature.


We are also unable to waive a signature requirement on our packages for this reason. To arrange to have the tickets held for pickup or have the tickets sent to a different address to ensure someone will be available to sign for the tickets, please contact us right away.
