With the inventory on our site being owned by several different sellers, the form of delivery could vary from listing to listing. Delivery information for the tickets you are interested in is displayed while searching for and purchasing the tickets, as well in detailed emails sent after your order has been confirmed. The types of delivery we offer include following:
Email Delivery - These tickets will be sent to you in an email when the tickets have been made available from the seller. Sometimes these tickets will not be made available until closer to the event date. In the email there will be a link where you can download and print the tickets.
Instant Download - These tickets will be sent to you via email usually within minutes after your order has been confirmed. In the email there will be a link where you can download and print the tickets.
Shipping - When tickets can't be sent to you electronically, they will usually be sent to you via UPS. Once the tickets have been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Electronic Transfer - Tickets can be transferred electronically from one email address to another.
Flash Seats - This form of electronic ticketing will be transferred to your Flash Seats account directly.
Special Delivery - This type of delivery may include the following delivery methods below (please note, for any of Special Delivery method, detailed instructions will be sent to you):
Local Pickup - Tickets that are usually available on the day of the event either at the venue or at a nearby location.
Will Call - Tickets that are available at the venue's Box Office or Will Call window on the day of the event. Valid ID will be required for pickup.
Paperless Tickets - Tickets that are linked to the card that the tickets were purchased with. This will either be shipped, available for pickup, or we will coordinate a meet up between you and the seller at or near the venue.
